Patrick Moon Bird is a self taught indigenous multi instrumentalist from Prince Albert. He has played a lot of genres over the 18 years that he's been making music but has been excelling in lo-fi hip hop. His album, USELESS. was released on April 6th 2019 on all streaming platforms. Overall as of right now he has gained over 270,000 streams on Spotify and Apple Music combined. After the album was released, he began making lo-fi remixes of songs, including Moonlight Densetsu, which has got over 270k views on youtube. It has also been reposted by another social media influencer named Michelle Phan which helped to broaden his listening audience. After the success of that remix, he released a few singles, one of which being Somethings Gotta Give which talks about his own struggles with mental health. This single was featured on MBC radio alongside an interview about it. A sequel to that song has been released which talks about the importance of getting help for your mental health. Both of the songs Somethings Gotta Give and the sequel titled I’ve Been Gone are on his second album USEFUL. which was released on March 7th 2020. After the release of that album he started releasing singles such as 8:40pm, Astro, and many more. He is currently working on his third studio album and working with other artists.
